Wedding dresses and suits can be works of art. Carefully and individually crafted, dresses and suits will make you shine during your ceremony and the reception. These are the items of clothing people tend to attach a lot of significance to. There are so many cases of people keeping their outfits for years in wardrobes as the most beautiful memory of that special day.
But what if you turn all these sentiments and memory preservation upside down? After all, there are no rules to this game! When it comes to wedding photography, it’s all about telling a story. A good photographer will leave you a lot of space to tell your own. So, why not turn the things around a little bit?
Why don’t you just get yourself all dressed up nicely and jump into a puddle of mud? Or get up early in the morning, go to the beach and run into the sea wearing your stunning garments?
I am not saying that taking pictures of you jumping into the sea in wedding garments is the only way to ensure great photos! All I want to express is that such photographs can be a wonderful memory of your wilder side. These will go great along your typical wedding pictures. They will also work great with the entire album possibly showing a more authentic you!
“But how am I going to attend my wedding in a torn, wet or dirty dress?” you may ask. Well, I am more than happy to stay a bit longer with you and take amazing pictures of you goofing around in your lovely garments on the next day after the ceremony. One thing though – make sure you both fully agree and are 100% convinced that it’s worth it to damage your beautiful dress or suit! They say that “all is fair in love and war”, but it’s still good to agree on such things!
